*** New Horizon Seniors Programs

Senior Workshops

Through the support of the Government of Canada’s New Horizons for Seniors Program, Near North Palliative Care Network is proud to offer programs and workshops that promote connection, inclusion, wellness, learning, and community engagement for older adults. Our programs are designed to create meaningful opportunities for seniors to stay active, share their knowledge, build relationships, and enhance overall well-being in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Upcoming initiatives may include health and wellness workshops, gentle movement and fitness programs, educational seminars, technology and digital literacy support, creative arts and crafts sessions, music and social activities, caregiver support education, guest speakers, and intergenerational community events. These activities encourage social participation, lifelong learning, creativity, and healthy aging while helping seniors remain connected within the community.

More workshops, programs, and special events will be announced soon. We look forward to continuing to grow these opportunities for seniors across our community.
