Our groups of volunteers in Sturgeon Falls and Mattawa will go on with their good work at their communities as always: no change!

Our new installations at the Motherhouse provide a perfect environment of balance and serenity around the family and caregivers of our palliative care clients, our bereavement clients, and our volunteers, when you come to visit us.

To serve you better and for your comfort, there will be plenty of Visitors’ parking space, beautiful surroundings, and the same dedicated services to our clients as always.

Our volunteers are here for you, to provide the same compassionate hospice, respite and grief support to you and your loved ones.

We are ALWAYS here for you, to bring you plenty of good company, support, and peace of mind, when you are going through the challenges of end of life and bereavement.

The Near North Palliative Care Network has provided compassionate hospice palliative care in our region for over 27 years.

We were there for thousands of members of our community with compassion and care, when they needed it the most.

Our services are totally free of charge.

Our volunteers are highly trained.

We work hard to provide ongoing palliative care and bereavement training and education opportunities to volunteers.

In the face of loss and tragedy, community response is the best response.

It takes a community to take care of each of us.

Our volunteers are us – local members of our community.

We are looking forward to welcoming you at our new installations at St. Joseph’s Motherhouse!

Near North Palliative Care Network, here for you when you need it the most.
