Presenter’s Bio:

Heather McGuinty is a registered nurse who for 40 years has worked in both the hospital and community sectors. She is presently working as Palliative Care Coordinator with the Community Care Access Centre and has been privileged to have cared for and journeyed with many patients and their families during the patient’s final days of their lives.
