When: Tuesday biweekly starting Sept. 12, 10-11:30am (yoga 10:15-11:15am)

What to bring essentials: Yoga/exercise mat, Favourite small blanket, Pillow(small,firm)
Helpful to have: Yoga strap or long belt (ie. belt off of a robe), yoga blocks(1-2)
For comfort: loose fitting, stretchy, comfortable clothing, water bottle
Janice started her yoga practice over twenty four years ago, in Calgary, Alberta. She has come to realize that Yoga came into her life almost at the same time as her diagnosis with a chronic auto immune disorder. This was no coincidence! These two life altering events have been the two constants in her life’s journey… Although they are not always first and foremost, they are both there, and she can always rely on them to be there. From this place, Janice sees that Yoga is the ‘positive, healing part’ of living with her chronic illness- helping tremendously with the physical and emotional aspects of her life. Janice received her yoga teacher training at Bend Yoga Studio and is a Registered Yoga Teacher, (RYT-200), registered with the Yoga Alliance.
